Anetta Sikhakhane

OVERVIEW

Anetta was admitted in 2026. Before undertaking her articles, she served as a legal research intern at the Pretoria High Court, supporting the bench across a wide range of matters. Her articles encompassed a broad range of work, including administrative, commercial and municipal law, contract drafting, gambling law, the taxation of costs, litigation in the High Court and Magistrates’ Courts, as well as instituting and prosecuting complaints before the Ombud for Financial Services Providers (FAIS Ombud).
